Tina is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychological Practitioner and by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Winona State University. She earned her Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.  Tina is also a Certified Wellness Coach. She received her Wellness Coach training from Wellcoaches, Corp, which is endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine.  Tina is a professional member of the American Counseling Association and an associate member of the American Psychological Association. Tina has worked in coaching, corrections, and private practice in the Southeastern Minnesota area since 2007.

She received her undergraduate training in Psychology, and Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities. She received her Master of Arts degree, in counseling, from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Crystal has worked in Southeastern Minnesota since 2001, in community mental health, corrections, and independent practice.
