Tina is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Psychological Practitioner.  She utilizes a variety of therapies, including cognitive-behavior therapy and interpersonal therapy, to treat issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, abuse, and relationship issues.  Tina earned her Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.  Tina is also a Certified Wellness Coach.  She received her Wellness Coach training from Wellcoaches, Corp, which is endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine.  Tina is a professional member of the American Counseling Association and an associate member of the American Psychological Association
