Therapy

Rates
My fee for a standard 50 minute psychotherapy hour is $100 for individuals and $110 for couples, per session.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please consider the following questions:

·         Do I have mental health benefits?
·         What is my deductible and has it been met?
·         How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
·         How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
·         What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Applicable co-payments are due at the time of service and can be made either in cash or by check.

Reduced Fee
A reduced fee is available on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $25 cancellation fee.

  Wellness Coaching

Rates
Wellness Coaching packages are customized.  Rates for bundle packages are as follows:

·      1 annual wellness planning session and 1 quarterly email:  $75
·        3 sessions and 3 email communications: $140
·        6 sessions and 6 email communications:  $250
·        12 sessions and 12 email communications:  $390

Payment for Wellness Coaching is required in advance.  Wellness coaching services are not covered by insurance.
