Group Therapy

Group therapy provides the opportunity to learn about oneself in a social setting. The momentum of the group is derived from both the clinician leading the group, as well as the group itself. Groups consist of 5-10 members and are lead by a licensed therapist.

  Wellness Coaching

Wellness Coaching uses motivation and accountability to help individuals become their best.  Areas addressed by Wellness Coaching include:

  • Nutrition

  • Exercise

  • Weight management

  • Stress management

  • Life management

By providing tools for clarifying goals, identifying obstacles, and turning goals into action, Wellness Coaching lays the foundation for sustainable behavior change.
